Are you happy or satisfied?

For a long time we believed that there was an intelligence, the intellectual or
rational, that is used to solve logical or strategic problems.

Psychologists created tests to measure intellectual or rational intelligence and
classify people into different levels of intelligence. The higher the intelligence
quotient, proposed by Bonet in 1920, the more intelligence in the person.
In the second part of the 20th century, in the 1980s, Howard Gardner
proposed a new interpretation, Multiple Intelligences, which indicates that each
person has at least eight intelligences: Linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial,
bodily-kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal and naturalistic.

For his part, in the 1990s, Daniel Goleman proposed an additional
intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, that which makes us aware of our own feelings
and those of others. It produces empathy, understanding, motivation, and the ability
to respond appropriately to pain or pleasure.
From this perspective, it is important to become aware of what we feel, for
example, being happy is different from being satisfied.
These two states affect your emotions, consequently, the decisions you make
and the results you get in life.

Are you unsatisfied with the results you are getting?

It is very important that you can check if your emotions, thoughts and actions
are aligned with the results you want to obtain.

To move toward the results you want, it’s important to be happy and grateful
with what you have.
The gratitude posture puts you in a vibratory frequency of willingness to
receive, which connects you with people and situations that have the same vibration
as you.

Even in situations of mourning, or loss of any kind, you can be grateful for
what you have already had, this helps you to continue flowing and staying in life, in
order to continue growing, evolving and being able to become aware. Even if a
person has left your life, you can be thankful that they were there and the good
things they gave you can make you happy.

Conformism in the face of a situation, on the contrary, limits your potential and
your ability to grow, evolve and expand your consciousness, leading you to
stagnation.

So that you can flow through life, so that you can flow in the material world,
stay happy. I invite you to review: How are you living your day to day?
