Are you overwhelmed and uncomfortable by your emotions, pain and everything you
experience?
It is a privilege that you can feel, because your soul has decided to
experience those emotions.
Sometimes you immerse yourself in complaints and that prevents you from
realizing the privileges and benefits you have.
Do you dislike suffering?
Do you reject the pain?
Have you heard that pain is part of life and that suffering is optional?
You can experience pain and go through its various stages, such as denial,
anger, sadness, until you bring out everything inside you.
Your soul has chosen to live the pain process to expand your consciousness,
so that you can understand and comprehend.
You suffer when you focus on something you cannot control. When your mind
is not judging it can flow in a different way.
What affects the functioning of your mind is the perception you have of the
emotions you are feeling, because these are associated with events you
experienced before. This determines what you feel today, when you coincide with
situations similar to those already experienced, because you send a message from
within, to attract what is known into your life.
You are not aware that you are emitting a vibration that attracts these
situations, when you receive them you react according to the information you have in
your internal world.
If you don’t heal the perception you have of those situations, you will
reactivate the pain you have within yourself and you will respond reactively to others.
Your emotions get out of control because they have not been processed and
integrated, because you have not allowed yourself to feel them.
Allow yourself to feel anger and sadness, allow yourself to integrate your
emotions and live that cycle, because this process will strengthen you and help you
live life in a more conscious way.
